honest tom's taco truck: fish tacos
whitefish (probably tilapia) with pineapple chunks, homemade guacamole, red onions, lemon juice and hot sauce. at 2 tacos for $4, this is an awesome deal.
the lemon juice really brought out the bright and sweet flavor of the pineapple, but didn't overpower the mild fish. i asked for "a little bit of guac" only and it was perfect. might have gone a bit overboard with the hot sauce, but personally, i like it HOT.
every wednesday/friday? i'm so there.
